Day 3

Up at 8:30 - half a grapefruit

Lunch - cup of tea with cucumber, celery and spinach salad with balsamic vinegar and grilled chicken

Gym - 45 minutes on the elliptical

Dinner - salad with spinach, tomato, basil, grilled chicken and balsamic vinegar and grilled apple for dessert.

About 3 liters of water throughout the day

Bed at 12:30
