Day 4

Up at 11:30 - cup of tea and strawberries

Lunch - grilled shrimp with lemon, garlic, tomato, and parsley over spinach with a cup of tea

Dinner - grilled halibut with tomato, celery and basil salad

About 2 1/2 liters of water

No gym today
