Day 2

Up at 10:00 am - had half a grapefruit and cup of black coffee

Lunch - cup of tea and salad of cucumber, celery and grilled chicken with dressing I made of balsamic vinegar, mustard powder, marjoram, salt and pepper

Gym at 7:15 - an hour on the elliptical and upper body free weights

Dinner - grilled asparagus and onion with grilled apple and balsamic glazed grilled chicken

About 2 1/2 liters of water throughout the day

Bed at midnight
